Ich glaube da geht nich was.
Infineon schloss die bislang größte Übernahme der Firmengeschichte erfolgreich ab. Der Chiphersteller bekam von den Regulierungsbehörden die Genehmigung zur Übernahme des US-Konkurrenten International Rectifier. Durch den rund 2,5 Mrd. Euro teuren Zukauf möchte das Münchner Unternehmen seine Stellung als Weltmarktführer bei Leistungshalbleitern stärken, da sich Infineon mit der Übernahme einen besseren Zugang zum US-Markt und Asien verspricht. Angesichts der Übernahme nannten Analysten erste Kursziele bei 10 und 10,20 Euro und gaben ein Aufwärtspotenzial für die Aktie an, während dem Halbeitersektor 2015 ein Wachstum von sieben bis acht Prozent zugesprochen wird. Bei den Ende Januar anstehenden Quartalszahlen kann sich der schwache Euro für das Unternehmen zudem positiv auswirken.
