Megafusion mit TUI Travel unter Dach
Ich gehe davon aus, dass auf der außerordentlichen HV der geplante Zusammenschluss mit der TUI Travel PLC unter Dach und Fach kommt. Dann sollte die Zukunft schon wieder etwas rosiger aussehen.
Update: Nach dem Kursverlauf vom 28.10. zu urteilen, scheint der Zusammenschluss beschlossen. Habe schon mal mein Kursziel nach oben angepasst.
