Der neue Konzernchef Joussen, der ja von Vodafone kommt, wird m.E. zwei Dinge machen:
1. Das Reisegeschäft aus seiner Mobilfunk- und Dienstleistungserfahrung betrachten und verändern,
2. Mehrwert für die Aktionäre schaffen, um die merkwürdige Firmenkonstruktion mit TUI Travel endlich aufzulösen. Hier liegen beachtliche Synergieeffekte.
Schritt 2 hängt ab von Veränderungen bei Schritt 1. Reisen passt nach wie vor zum Lifestyle-Gedanken vieler Kunden. Hier braucht es intelligente Lösungen, um den Reisekonzern auf tailor-made-Lösungen, für die der Kunde gern bezahlt, zu trimmen. Das wäre auch die Antwort auf Online-Konkurrenzangebote. Ob es dafür Hotels, Flugzeuge, Schiffe braucht, ist eine wichtige Fragestellung. Mulit-Channel-Angebote - mal Reisebüro, mal Internet - sind denkbar.
Es fällt auf, dass die TUI-Aktie extrem an relativer Stärke gewinnt. Daher ist die Aktie für mich langfristig ein klarer Kauf.
