Update 29.11.2010: Bafin will Hochtief-Entscheidung am Abend vorlegen. Nach der augenblicklichen negativen Kursreaktion ist zu schliessen, dass die Übernahme von der Bafin durchgewunken wird, trotz erheblicher Bedenken.
Die Übernahmespekulation kommt in die heiße Phase. ACS hat der Bafin sein Übernahmeangebot für den größten deutschen Baukonzern vorgelegt. Nach Prüfung der Unterlagen durch die Behörde bekommen die Hochtief-Aktionäre voraussichtlich Anfang Dez. die Offerte zu sehen. Inzwischen sollten die von Hochtief gepanten Abwerhrmaßnahmen eingeleitet werden, die den Kurs nach oben treiben, sonst wird mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit Hochtief geschluckt.
