Update 15.06.2010: Der Mai war kein optimales Einstiegsdatum. Aber wie es scheint, könnte die Bodenbildung abgeschlossen sein.
Update 27.05.2010: Das in Katar neu gegründete Gemeinschaftsunternehmen HOCHTIEF Construction mit der Lusail Real Estate Development Co. wird ein Areal von zirka 35 Quadratkilometer Größe nördlich der Stadt Doha zu einer eigenen Metropole namens Lusail entwickeln. Die neue Stadt für zirka 200.000 Einwohner soll über zehn Stadtviertel mit Wohngebieten, Einkaufsstraßen, Freizeiteinrichtungen, Schulen, Arztzentren sowie zwei Häfen verfügen.
Ein von HochTief plaziertes Schuldscheindarlehen in Höhe von 240 Mio. EURO, zu 75% von ausländischen Investoren gezeichnet, stärkt die langfristigen Finanzierungskapazitäten.
Ursprung: Der Kurs ist einerseits durch die gescheiterte feindlichen Komplettübernahme der australischen Tochter Leighton, als auch andererseits durch die politischen Unsicherheiten zur Stabilisierung des EURO, stark zurückgekommen.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass sich die Situation in absehbarer Zeit wieder etwas beruhigen und dem Kurs zugute kommen wird.
Übrigens alle namhaften Analysten haben Hochtief ebenfalls auf "Kaufen" gesetzt.
