Ob das noch was wird ?
Die Übernahmespekulation sollte den Kurs weiter nach oben bringen.
Mehrere Fonds-Manager teilten mit, dass sie ihre Hochtief-Aktien nicht in ACS-Aktien tauschen wollen. Lediglich der britischen Hedge-Fonds Centaurus Capital mit geschätzen 3%-Anteil, will das ACS-Angebot unterstützen.
Meiner Meinung muß ACS bis 70 EURO pro Schein anbieten, um Hochtief übernehmen zu können.
Update 22.10.2010: Hochtief-Konsortium vor Zuschlag für Milliardenprojekt in den USA. (Quelle: http://web.consors.de/CatFront/JspNews.jsp?m_id=30375086) Das sollte mein Kursziel realistisch erscheinen lassen.
Update 27.10.2010: Wie dem Bericht der FTD vom 25.10.2010 zu entnehmen, hlift die australische Tocher Leighton Hochtief mit einem Anti-Spanien-Schutzwall. Das zeigt, dass eine Übernahme für ACS zu teuer werden kann und möglicher Weise nicht zustande kommt.
Update 30.10.2010: Lt. Reuters Deutschland gibt ACS-Chef Perez Hochtief bei Übernahme eine Bestandsgarantie. Mehr unter http://de.reuters.com/article/companiesNews/idDEBEE69T05220101030 . Jetzt wird es spannend. Wie reagiert die Belegschaft und wie der Markt? Kann man der Garantie trauen? Wird die Belegschaft einlenken und der Markt, sprich der Aktienkurs, könnte er trotzdem steigen? Ich glaube ja und halte deshalb an der Empfehlung fest, allerding mit einem reduzierten Kursziel.
