THEOLIA publishes its 2010 Registration Document filed with the AMF

THEOLIA announces the publication of its Registration Document for the financial year ended on December 31, 2010. The French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) registered this document on November 9, 2011, under number R.11-062.

The Registration Document can be accessed in French and English languages on THEOLIA’s Website (www.theolia.com) under section “Finance/Reference documents”. It will also be available on the Autorité des Marchés Financiers’ Website (www.amf-france.org). It can be obtained free of charge from THEOLIA’s headquarters, 75 rue Denis Papin, BP 80199, 13795 Aix en Provence Cedex 3, France. 

The 2010 Registration Document covers information relating to the 2010 financial year as well as to the first half of 2011, and gives a detailed description of THEOLIA’s activity, financial situation, risk factors and company outlook.
