HALF-YEAR REVIEW OF THE LIQUIDITY AGREEMENT

Paris, 15 July 2015 – Under Altamir's liquidity agreement with Oddo Corporate Finance, the liquidity account at 30 June 2015 contained the following:

•  28,866 securities


•  359,256 euros

For reference, 37,685 securities and 258,869 euros were held in the liquidity account at the most recent half-year review of the liquidity agreement.
