Shares of electric car powerhouse Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) jumped by 2% through 9:45 a.m. ET Tuesday in early trading on the Nasdaq -- then lost it all, and then some. By 11:17 a.m. ET Tesla stock was in negative territory, trading down by more than 2%.
