Rover Group (NASDAQ: ROVR) shareholders trounced the market on Friday as their stock jumped 10% by 1 p.m. ET. The online pet care specialist announced final pricing for a new stock offering late Thursday.

Rover priced an offering of 6 million shares of stock at $10 per share. The company had announced the sale earlier in the week, but final pricing was set prior to the start of trading on Friday.
