Embraer Stock Is a Better Buy Than Boeing Stock Right Now
U.S. aerospace giant Boeing (NYSE: BA) has been one of the best-performing large-cap stocks of the past year. In fact, the stock has nearly doubled since bottoming out last February. Over the last five years, Boeing stock has almost tripled.
By contrast, Embraer (NYSE: ERJ) -- which is a distant No. 3 in aircraft manufacturing -- has struggled mightily in recent years, largely due to weak demand for business jets. Embraer stock has fallen about 24% over the past five years.
