Der österreichische Stromkonzern Verbund AG (ISIN: AT0000746409) will für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 eine Dividende von 1,05 Euro je Aktie vorschlagen. Damit wird die Ausschüttung im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (0,75 Euro) um 40 Prozent erhöht. Auf Basis dieser Ausschüttung liegt die aktuelle Dividendenrendite beim derzeitigen Börsenkurs von 94,90 Euro bei 1,11 Prozent.

Die Hauptversammlung soll am 25. April 2022 stattfinden. Die Dividende entspricht einer Ausschüttungsquote in Höhe von 41,8 Prozent bezogen auf das berichtete Konzernergebnis.

Das EBITDA stieg im letzten Geschäftsjahr um 22,1 Prozent auf 1,58 Mrd. Euro und das Konzernergebnis erhöhte sich um 38,3 Prozent auf 873,6 Mio. Euro gegenüber der Vergleichsperiode des Vorjahres, wie Verbund am Donnerstag berichtete. Der Umsatz stieg um 38,5 Prozent auf 4,78 Mrd. Euro.

Auf Basis einer durchschnittlichen Eigenerzeugung aus Wasser- und Windkraft wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 ein EBITDA zwischen rund 2,6 Mrd. Euro und 3,5 Mrd. Euro sowie ein Konzernergebnis zwischen rund 1,4 Mrd. Euro und rund 2 Mrd. Euro erwartet.

Verbund produziert fast 100 Prozent der Stromerzeugung in seinen Wasserkraftwerken. 51 Prozent der Anteile an der Verbund AG befinden sich, verfassungsrechtlich verankert, im Eigentum der Republik Österreich.
