Für globale Kunden hat Patrizia in diesem Zeitraum von 1 Mrd. Euro gegenüber 0,8 Mrd erreicht, entgegen dem Markttrend, der in Europa um 32% gesunken ist.
Eine Netto-Eigenkapitalquote von 76,9% und eine Liquidität von 634 Mio Euro unterstreichen die Solidität.
Zweifellos hat auch Patrizia mit den Pandemiefolgen zu kämpfen, aber scheint die Herausforderung sehr gut zu meistern.
Die Jahresprognose für das operative Ergebnis mit einer Spanne von 100-145 Mio Euro wurde bestätigt. Die Spanne erscheint zweifellos sehr weit, was aber für die konservative Kommunikation des Management spricht.
