Basisinvestment BASF
BASF stellt für mich ein Basisinvestment dar. Langfristiger intakter Aufwärtstrend, attraktive Dividendenrendite, günstiges KGV und nun wird BASF auch noch von dem Bayer-Monsanto-Deal profitieren. Aus kartellrechtlichen Gründen wird Bayer Unternehmensteile an BASF abgeben. Dabei handelt es sich um das Geschäft mit Feldsaatgut (z.B. Raps und Soja), Unkrautvernichtungsmitteln, sowie Gemüsesaatgut. Von Monsanto bekommt BASF ein Mittel gegen Bodenschädlinge..
Das hört sich alles recht positiv für BASF an. Die Aktie dürfte auf Jahressicht ordentlich profitieren. Im Mai gibt es die gute Dividende.
