Die Deutsche Telekom AG (ISIN: DE0005557508) wird ihren Anteilsinhabern für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 eine Dividende in Höhe von 0,70 Euro ausschütten, wie am Donnerstag mitgeteilt wurde. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr (0,65 Euro) ist dies ein Anstieg um 7,7 Prozent. Beim derzeitigen Aktienkurs in Höhe von 14,58 Euro liegt die aktuelle Dividendenrendite bei 4,80 Prozent. Die nächste Hauptversammlung findet am 28. März 2019 in Bonn statt.
Der Umsatz stieg im Jahr 2018 um 0,9 Prozent auf 75,7 Milliarden Euro und das bereinigte EBITDA legte um 5,0 Prozent auf 23,3 Milliarden Euro zu, wie weiter berichtet wurde. Der Free Cashflow wuchs im Gesamtjahr um 13,7 Prozent auf 6,2 Milliarden Euro. Organisch betrug der Zuwachs beim Umsatz 3,1 Prozent, beim bereinigten EBITDA 7,2 Prozent und beim Free Cashflow 18,9 Prozent. „Wir haben unsere Versprechen gehalten und sind auch 2018 weiter gewachsen“, so Telekom-Chef Tim Höttges.
Im Jahr 2018 lag der bereinigte Konzernüberschuss mit 4,5 Milliarden Euro um 24,7 Prozent unter dem Vorjahreswert. Der berichtete Konzernüberschuss ging um 37,4 Prozent auf 2,2 Milliarden Euro zurück. Den Rückgang erklärt die Telekom durch die positiven Einmal-Auswirkungen der US-Unternehmenssteuerreform im Vorjahr, der diesmal kein vergleichbarer Effekt gegenüberstand.
Die Deutsche Telekom plant, auch 2019 mit unvermindertem Tempo zu wachsen. Der Konzern hat bis 2021 durchschnittliche jährliche Steigerungsziele wie folgt avisiert: beim Umsatz 1 – 2 Prozent, beim bereinigten EBITDA 2 – 4 Prozent und beim Free Cashflow rund 10 Prozent. Der deutsche Staat ist mit 32 Prozent größter Aktionär der Deutschen Telekom. Der Konzern beschäftigte zum Jahresende 215.576 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 217.349).
