GCI bietet höchstwahrscheinlich 6,00 pro Aixtron-Aktie. Noch wird allerdings an den Angebotsunterlagen gebastelt. Diese müssen sowohl deutschen, als auch US-amerikanischen Normen entsprechen, weswegen eine Fristverlängerung bei der BAFIN bis 18.7. beantragt wurde. Nach all den verkorksten China-Investments (neuestes Beispiel ist der Flughafen Hahn) braucht man eine ordentliche Mut, um auf einen erfolgreichen Abschluss zu setzen. Aber durch ebenjene VErunsicherung sind vielleicht auch schnelle 10% drin.
