Wiederaufnahme: Adobe ist zu empfehlen,
denn Adobe hat inzwischen bewiesen, dass sie ein gut funktionierendes Geschäftsmodell haben. Adobe hat als Softwarehersteller den Umstieg auf "Software as a Service" (SaaS) ganz locker geschafft. Die Kunden nehmen das neue Produkt aus der Cloud bereitwillig an, und das sichert für Adobe weiterhin die Marktführerschaft in der Software für die Branche Medien-Produktion. Adobe hat anscheinend ein hervorragendes Management. Bis vor 2 Jahren war ich bärisch, doch inzwischen sehe ich die positive Entwicklung mit Erstaunen...

Einen wichtigen Aspekt von Adobe habe ich bisher gar nicht erwähnt - Adobe transferiert nicht nur seine traditionelle Software in die Cloud, sondern hat in der Cloud auch einen neuen Geschäftsbereich, der ein unglaubliches Wachstum aufweist: Die Marketing-Cloud. Hier macht Adobe keine Gewinne, aber es erobert den Markt auf Kosten von Salesforce. Deshalb betrachten manche Adobe als überbewertet, aber Salesforce ist noch viel schlimmer überbewertet.
Die Marketing-Cloud ist ein gehypedter Sektor, der als Geschäft der Zukunft gilt. Ich habe hier auf Sharewise eine Sell-Empfehlung für Salesforce, und diese Buy-Empfehlung für Adobe dient auch als Ausgleich bzw.Hedging für diese meine Sell-Empfehlung. Mehr zum Thema:
