Immofinanz - die Immobilienmaschine
Die Immofinanz wird, als Nachwirkung der Unregelmäßigkeiten, die bis ins Jahr 2008 andauerten, immer noch mit einem starken Abschlag zum NAV gehandelt. Nach mittlerweile 5 Jahren unter neuer Führung hat sich das Unternehmen auf Kernmärkte konzentriert und Assets aus anderen Märkten und Branchen - stets über dem Buchwert - abgestossen.
Der nächste Coup soll im Herbst 2013 der SpinOff des Wohnimmo-Portfolios "BUWOG" sein.
40-50% Potential sehe ich gegenüber dem derzeitigen Kurswert.
