Billigste Immo-Aktie weit und breit
Der Kurs der Immofinanz liegt mehr als 50% unter dem Buchwert.
Zu verstehen ist das nicht und internationale Investoren werden diese Differenz vermutlich zum Schmelzen bringen, sobald sich das Russland-Exposure etwas verringert. Alleine die Beteiligung an der BUWOG mit ihren hauptsächlich deutschen und österreichischen Wohnungen ist rd € 700 Mio wert und macht damit 1/3 des aktuellen Immofinanz Buchwertes aus.
