Das Analysehaus Warburg Research hat die Einstufung für Süss Microtec nach sofortiger Trennung vom Vorstandschef auf "Hold" mit einem Kursziel von 7 Euro belassen. Die Entscheidung basiere wohl nicht auf einer neuen Einschätzung der Aussichten der Technologie für Temporäres Bonden, schrieb Analyst Malte Schaumann in einer Studie vom Montag. Eine Rolle spielten möglicherweise unterschiedliche Auffassung hinsichtlich externer Wachstumschancen. Zudem habe die operative Entwicklung des Halbleiterzulieferers in den vergangenen Jahren den Erwartungen nicht Stand gehalten. Die Nachrichtenlage werde sich bis Jahresende wohl nicht bessern.
