Märkte hat zum Jahresende 2013 das 25ste System der neuesten
Anlagengeneration Mask TrackPro an einen führenden asiatischen IDM
ausgeliefert. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine hochkomplexe Maschine zur
Reinigung von Frontend-Fotomasken in der Halbleiterfertigung. Der Kunde hat
die Installation des Geräts zur Wartung und Reinigung von optischen Masken
für die 193i Lithografie in einer neuen Produktionsstätte in China bereits
begonnen.
