Nach letztem Kursrücksetzer wieder Potential nach oben.
Künftig will sich der Chiphersteller Intel mehr auf Cloud-Technologien und Tablets konzenteriern und auch die Investitionen entsprechen anpassen. Zudem will sich Intel stärker als Auftragsfertiger positionieren.
Intel-CEO Brian Krzanich hat im Rahmen einer Investoren-Konferenz klar gemacht, dass dem Chip-Giganten eine tiefgreifende Neuausrichtung bevor steht. Auch kann Krzanich bereits konkrete Schritte benennen. Kurz zuvor hatte Intel-Chairman Andy Bryant Fehler und strategische Versäumnisse eingeräumt. So habe Intel nicht schnell genug auf die Änderungen im PC-Markt reagiert.
