3D-Halbleiter als Kursfantasie
Dreidimensionale Halbleiter (übereinander gestapelte H.) sind laut Expertenmeinungen die Zukunft der Bonder-Systeme. Hierin ist Suesss excellent aufgestellt. Für 2013 werden deutliche Fortschritte auf dem Weg zur Serienreife solcher Systeme erwartet. Immer wieder wird schon jetzt von einer ersten Kooperation mit einem großen asiatischen Chiphersteller gesprochen, die zu Folgeaufträgen führen könnte (wird wohl Samsung sein).
Die angehobene Jahresprognose wurde unlängst bestätigt.
Ich nutze den Kursrücksetzer für einen Neueinstieg.
