Kurstreiber 3D
Dreidimensionale Halbleiter (übereinander gestapelte H.) sind laut Expertenmeinungen die Zukunft der Bonder-Systeme. Hierin ist Suesss excellent aufgestellt. Die Branchenmesse SEMICON West wird dafür wieder neues Futter liefern. Sollte Suess hierbei Fortschritte auf dem Weg zur Serienproduktion oder gar erste Aufträge präsentieren können, dürfte sich der Kurs deutlich voranbewegen - m.E. auch relativ unabhängig vom volatilen Marktumfeld.
Ein Buy für Optimisten.
