Höhere Dividende

Semperit will der Hauptversammlung eine Erhöhung der Dividende auf 1,25 Euro je Aktie vorschlagen. Für 2009 wurden 1,15 Euro bezahlt. Die Hauptversammlung findet am 14. April statt. Mit diesem Tag wird Vorstand Thomas Fahnemann (im Bild), der seit Anfang Dezember 2010 im Unternehmen ist, Rainer Zellner als Vorstandschef ablösen.

Das Unternehmen bestätigt die am 17. Februar 2011 bekannt gegebenen Zahlen zum Geschäftsjahr 2010. Der Umsatz kletterte um 17,2% auf 689,4 Mio. Euro. Der Jahresüberschusses verbesserte sich um 16,9% auf 45,4 Mio. Euro.

Für 2011 erwartet Semperit eine von allen Divisionen getragene, zufriedenstellende Geschäftsentwicklung. Aufgrund der weiter steigenden Rohstoffpreise stellen jedoch die rasche Anpassung der Verkaufspreise und weitere Massnahmen zur Kostensenkung massgebliche Erfolgsfaktoren dar.
