Fusion mit Schaeffler nun doch nicht ?

Update 21.12.2010: Conti-Aufsichtsratschef Wolfgang Reitzle weist Teile des Manager Magazin-Berichts als unzutreffend zurück  Continental hat seine Pläne für eine Fusion mit dem Mehrheitsaktionär Schaeffler bekräftigt. Damit ist dem Newstrade die Basis entzogen. Deshalb mein enges SL.

Laut dem dpa-AFX Bericht vom 21.12.2010 (siehe unter News), nachdem sich Conti vom Fusionplan mit dem Großaktionär Schaeffler verabschiedet und sich Maria-Elisabeth Schaeffler vorstellen könne, den Anteil an Conti zu reduzieren, glaube ich, dass es zu keiner Verschmelzung kommen wird.

Das sollte langfristig die bessere Alternative für Conti sein. Deshalb rate ich zu einem spekulativen Kauf.
