Incyte in return received exclusive rights for up to 11 bispecific antibody research programs utilizing Merus' Biclonics technology, which included two preclinical immuno-oncology candidates.
The technology of Merus has the potential to be sufficiently differentiated from monoclonal antibodies due to improved tumor cell killing activity and lower toxicity.
