Zuwachs
Der österreichische Baukonzern Strabag SE (ISIN: AT000000STR1) will der Hauptversammlung am 28.6.2019 eine zum Vorjahr unveränderte Dividende von 1,30 Euro je Aktie vorschlagen, wie am Montag berichtet wurde- Beim derzeitigen Aktienkurs von 30,70 Euro liegt die aktuelle Dividendenrendite bei 4,23 Prozent.
Dividenden-Zahltag ist der 9. Juli 2019, Ex-Dividenden Tag der 5. Juli 2019. Strabag erwirtschaftete im Geschäftsjahr 2018 eine Leistung von 16,3 Mrd. Euro, ein Zuwachs um 12 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Der konsolidierte Konzernumsatz betrug 15,2 Mrd. Euro, was einem Plus von 13 Prozent entspricht.
Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) lag mit 558,21 Mio. Euro um 25 Prozent über jenem des Vorjahres. Die EBIT-Marge betrug 3,7 Prozent nach 3,3 Prozent im Jahr 2017. Das Konzernergebnis stieg um 27 Prozent auf 353,53 Mio. Euro und das Ergebnis je Aktie erhöhte sich von 2,72 Euro auf 3,45 Euro. Für 2019 wird mit einer Leistung von ca. 16,0 Mrd. Euro (-2 Prozent) gerechnet. Strabag bekräftigt das Ziel, eine EBIT-Marge von mindestens 3,3 Prozent zu erreichen. Strabag ist einer der größten Baukonzerne Europas mit starker Präsenz in Osteuropa.
