Buy-out in the making...

Nach eher enttäuschenden Ergebnissen im letzten QT scheinen die mir nun sturmreif. Der Laden ist profitabel (wenn auch mit sinkenden Margen), hat ein KGV von 4,6 und eine Dividendenrendite von fast 9%. Der Interims CEO Robert F. Moran hat im Dezember 2014 bereits PetSmart für 8,7 Mrd $ an BC Partners verhökert. Die Institutionellen halten mittlerweile über 80% der Anteile und wenn ich mir die illustre Gesellschaft an Hedgefunds so anschaue, die sich hier tummelt, glaube ich hier wird es jetzt interessant. Ich riskiere mal einen kleinen Zock…
