Strabag SE nun wieder ein Kauf
Der Preisdruck am österr. Bausektor sollte in nächster Zeit etwas nachlassen da die Bauherren hoffentlich ihre Lektion aus der Alpine-Pleite lernen: lieber das eine oder andere % an Marge gönnen als mitten in der Realisierungsphase ohne Baufirma dazustehen.
Ich rechne auch weiterhin mit einem Delisting der STR in den nächsten 2-3 Jahren - hoffentlich dann deutlich über den EUR 16,-.
STR ist aus meiner Sicht ein sicheres Investment mit einem Potential von derzeit 30-50%.
