The Active Nutrition segment includes the protein shakes, bars and powders and nutritional supplement businesses of Premier Nutrition Corporation, Dymatize Enterprises, LLC and the PowerBar brand.

The Private Brands segment includes the businesses of Golden Boy Foods Ltd. and American Blanching Company, which produce private label peanut and other nut butters, dried fruits and nuts, and provide peanut blanching, granulation and roasting services for the commercial peanut industry, as well as the business of Attune Foods, LLC, which produces premium natural and organic granola, cereals and snacks.

The company was founded by Charles William Post in 1895 and is headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
