Macerich: Die Gläubiger klopfen an
Sie sehen den Kursverlauf der Macerich-Aktie. Macerich ist einer der größten Betreiber von Einkaufszentern in Amerika (kurze Anmerkung: die so genannten "Malls" in den USA sind wesentlich größer als die in Deutschland bekannten Einkaufszentren). Genauso wie viele Immobilien-Unternehmen hat Macerich einen Haufen Schulden ... der Cash-Flow trocknet aus ...und die Gläubiger klopfen an der Tür.
Bei 13 € sollte der Weg nach oben enden, ansonsten lag ich mit meiner Vermutung wohl leider voll daneben...
