("Maple Leaf" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned Inner Mongolia Greenhouse has signed a distribution agreement with Liangcheng Dadi Forestry Co., Ltd. (the "Sales Agent") to sell a total of 5.3 million seedlings between December 2009 and December 2010 (the "Distribution Agreement").
