THEOLIA publishes its 2011 Registration Document

THEOLIA’s Registration Document for the financial year ended on December 31, 2011 (the “Registration Document”) has been filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 27, 2012.

It notably includes:

· the 2011 Annual financial report;

· the Report by the Chairman of the Board on corporate governance, internal control procedures and risk management; and

· the Statutory Auditors’ reports and information related to their fees.

This Registration Document can be accessed in French language on THEOLIA’s Website (www.theolia.com) under section “Finance/Registration documents and securities notes” and on the Autorité des Marchés Financiers’ Website (www.amf-france.org). It is also available at THEOLIA’s registered office, 75 rue Denis Papin, BP 80199, 13795 Aix en Provence Cedex 3, France.
