Global EcoPower secures a new 12.3 MW wind project in France
Aix-en-Provence (France), December 22, 2016. The Global EcoPower Group (Alternext - FR0011289198 - ALGEP) has acquired from ENGIE Green (Engie Group) 100% of the shares of SNC MSE Le Haut des Epinettes, carrying all rights and authorizations for the construction of a 12.3 MW wind farm in the department of Aisne (France).
As a follow-up to the press release dated November 14, 2016 (read the press release), GEP is delighted to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary GEP-ASSETS has signed on December 20, 2016 the acquisition of this new wind project with an installed capacity of 12.3 MW.
The wind farm will consist of 6 SENVION turbines with a unit capacity of 2.05 MW.
This wind farm will be built by the GEP Group over the fiscal year 2017 with a connection to the ERDF grid planned in October 2017.
