FUTUREN carried out the partial redemption of its convertible bonds

According to the effective terms of its convertible bonds ⁽¹⁾, FUTUREN carried out, on January 2^nd, 2017, the partial redemption of its convertible bonds in an amount of €1.702 per bond and the payment of the corresponding half-year interests.

As from January 2^nd, 2017, the new terms of the convertible bonds are as follows:

• New par value: €10.062


• New conversion ratio: 1 bond for 7.266 FUTUREN shares


• New coupon: 3.613% per year

As at December 31^st, 2016, 6,084,905 convertible bonds were outstanding. Following the partial redemption, the maximum redemption amount associated with these bonds amounts to only 38.5 million euros.
