Shares of Yext (NYSE: YEXT), a software company that helps improve search data, charged higher this week, gaining as much as 12%. As of 1:53 p.m. EDT on Friday, the stock was up 10.2%.

Investors were reacting positively to the company's entry into the fintech arena.
