Why Plug Power Stock Skyrocketed This Week
Plug Power (NASDAQ: PLUG) stock soared in this week's trading. The hydrogen fuel cell specialist's share price bounded 44.1% higher across the stretch. Over the same period, the S 500 rose 1.2%, and the Nasdaq Composite rose 2.2%.
Plug Power's valuation rocketed higher this week, thanks in large part to the Federal Reserve's move to cut interest rates by a quarter of a percentage point. With the gains, the stock is now up 91% over the last three months.
