Why Ameriprise Financial Jumped 14% in October
Ameriprise Financial (NYSE: AMP) had an excellent month of October, as its stock price rose 14.4%, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.
The financial planning and wealth management firm beat the S&P 500, which was up 6.9%. As of Nov. 4, Ameriprise was trading at about $305 per share and is up roughly 57% year to date.
