Plug Power Receives Compliance Warning From Nasdaq
Hydrogen fuel-cell company Plug Power (NASDAQ: PLUG) announced on Wednesday that it is going to reissue financial statements dating back to 2018. Today, it said that has received "an expected letter" from the Nasdaq stock exchange regarding the delay in releasing its annual report.
The letter from the listing qualifications department stated that Plug is out of compliance with Nasdaq rules because it has delayed filing its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2020.
