Paycom Software: EPS Surges in Q4

Human capital management (HCM) solutions specialist Paycom Software (NYSE:PAYC) reported fourth-quarter earnings on Wednesday, Feb. 12, that topped analysts' consensus expectations. Revenue in Q4 reached $493.8 million, exceeding both management's guidance and the analyst consensus of $481 million. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) stood at $2.32, considerably higher than the projected $1.97.

Overall, Paycom showcased a robust quarter, although its client count growth remained a point of concern.
