Let me get cut to the chase: Yes, I think Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) stock is a buy. And yes, I realize that could be surprising considering that the big drugmaker's shares actually declined slightly last year while the S&P 500 index soared.

However, Pfizer is now in a much different place than it was throughout much of 2020. It's even a much different company than it was for most of last year. But why do I think Pfizer is a good pick now? Here are three key reasons.
