exceet Group SCA: Special Distribution

Grevenmacher, 18 May 2020 - exceet Management S.à r.l. as general partner of exceet Group SCA resolved today to propose to the shareholders a special distribution in the amount of EUR 1.75 per share. Applied to the 20,073,696 dividend-bearing shares the overall distribution payout will amount to EUR 35,128,968 and would be funded out of the net liquidity within the exceet Group (EUR 49.3 million on 31 March 2020). The special distribution would be paid from the share premium account of the Company and exempt from withholding tax in Luxembourg. The special distribution is expected to be resolved at the ordinary general meeting to be held at 25 June 2020.
