The period saw profits and margins fall across all segments compared to Q2 fiscal 2024, driven by pricing investments, higher costs, and early-stage leadership transition. Despite top-line growth, Carter’s suspended forward financial guidance, citing uncertainty from new tariffs and ongoing organizational changes.
