Depending on your investment goals, dividends may or may not be a huge factor in which stocks you purchase. These businesses need no introduction, as they are two of the largest phone carriers in the U.S. Each also has a business and consumer internet segment. In the U.S., these areas aren't considered growth industries because they are fairly saturated markets.
