Better Buy: Aurora Cannabis vs. Cronos Group
A top analyst recently recommended buying Cronos Group (NASDAQ: CRON). But Piper Jaffray wasn't so bullish on Aurora Cannabis (NYSE: ACB), initiating coverage of the stock with a neutral rating.
