Free cash flow reached $1.3 billion in the second quarter with a conversion rate of 110%, demonstrating the company's financial strength. In the first half of 2025, 3M returned $3 billion to shareholders through $2.2 billion in share repurchases and $0.8 billion in dividends, reinforcing its commitment to shareholder value.
