Ever Explored Custom Embroidered Patches?

Hello everybody! Recently, I have been brainstorming branding concepts for personal projects and small development teams. I encountered the concept of employing custom embroidered patches for crew identity and marketing in addition to digital branding. Curious has anyone here tried including physical branding like this into their dev community or activities? Would be interested in any experiences or ideas.
