Found a good deal on a battery but worried about the installation

So my battery finally gave up the ghost this morning, which I was kind of expecting because it's been struggling to start for a few days now. I managed to get a jump start and made it to work, but I know I need to replace it before I get stranded somewhere. I've been looking online and I found a pretty good price on an Amaron battery, but I'm a bit nervous about just ordering one and trying to install it myself because I've heard horror stories about people messing up their car's electronics, especially on newer cars with all the sensors and start-stop systems. I drive a 2018 Lexus IS and I know that after you disconnect the battery, you sometimes have to reset the windows and the steering angle sensor, and I really don't want to mess that up. I'm thinking it might be worth paying a bit extra to have someone come and do it properly, maybe even find affordable car battery change in Dubai that includes the installation and disposal of the old one. I've seen a few mobile services that claim they can come to your location within 30 to 45 minutes and do everything on the spot, which sounds super convenient because I can just do it during my lunch break at the office. Has anyone used one of these mobile battery services before and can recommend one that actually knows what they're doing with Japanese cars? I'm also wondering if they test the alternator and the electrical system as part of the service, because I'd hate to put in a new battery only to find out the alternator was the actual problem all along. Any advice would be great because I'm kind of in a rush to get this sorted.
