Ich bin echt skeptisch, was Walgreens angeht. Die Nachricht über die geplante Schließung von 1.200 Filialen in den nächsten drei Jahren macht mich echt nervös. Klar, es soll Kosten sparen, aber es zeigt auch, wie stark der Druck auf die Branche ist. Der Umsatz ist zwar um 6% gestiegen, aber der Nettoverlust hat sich mehr als verdoppelt - das ist echt krass. Die Aktie ist dieses Jahr schon über 60% gefallen und ich sehe da kurzfristig wenig Erholungspotenzial. Der neue CEO Tim Wentworth redet zwar von einer Trendwende, aber das wird Zeit brauchen und ich bin nicht überzeugt, dass es klappt. Mit dem harten Wettbewerb durch Amazon und Walmart, sinkenden Margen bei Medikamenten und weniger Kundenfrequenz sehe ich echt schwarz für Walgreens. Ich würde die Finger davon lassen, bis sich die Lage stabilisiert hat.
